A weekend at 100% gluten-free, and 100% rich in taste and discoveries: the flavours from the area of Bracciano become protagonists in a delicatessen journey of unique flavours. You will be won over from fine ancient Lazio tradition, with dishes that have roots in the rural traditions of braccianes shepherds and farmers.
